"One of their staff members Suzie was extremely unprofessional,.raised her voice and hung up on me. As a customer i.have a right to be upset, was not using any profanity or name calling but she needs to understand who is paying her salary. When Brian the agent finally got on the phone he was polite but did not offer an apology for Suzie being unprofessional. My mom made it very clear she was hard of hearing she kept telling them over.the phone she wanted to cancel her umbrella policy there should not have been any confusion."
