"I was with another insurance company for years and switched to State Farm. Not only did I get a better price for better coverage, but the customer service is beyond wonderful. Both Rosa and Susie O'Neill have been amazing to work with. Susie O'Neill miraculously put my claim into progress , as it was going nowhere for about a month. Within 5 minutes, she had me in touch with the proper people and within days my car was fixed to perfection. thank you Susie for your amazing service. You are a true asset to State Farm!!!!"
